Businesses to be 'blown away' with system
In news that may be of interest to directors, a duo of firms has announced that they are to offer a "groundbreaking" data storage solution.

The deal is set to focus in on the growing Irish marketplace and will see Isilon Systems and Tyrell: CCT link up.

Under the agreement, it is believed that the former company's clustered storage solution and software will be implemented and resold by the latter, offering firms a greater choice.

Overall, the speed and business efficiency offered are great reasons for the implementation that the new systems generate.

Sales director at Tyrell: CCT Bryan Mallone is pleased with the development and truly believed that it can have a radical impact on the way business in run.

"Our customers will be blown away, as we were, by the speed and efficiency of Isilon IQ clustered storage. The ability to add terabytes of storage to your system within 60 seconds, without having to reboot servers or clients, is so groundbreaking, it must be seen to be believed," he commented.

Isilon Systems is based in Windsor and claims that it is a worldwide leader in the storage market.
